Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received in full.

CYGNET reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

CYGNET is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.

RETURNS AND FINAL SALE

Made-to-order items and jewelry are final sale unless otherwise stated.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

CYGNET makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and imagery are accurate. However, errors or inaccuracies may occur. CYGNET reserves the right to correct errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.
