JEWELRY ORDERS

CYGNET jewelry is produced to order.

Lead times are approximately 4 – 6 weeks from the date of purchase, excluding shipping transit. If a piece is completed earlier, shipment will be communicated accordingly.

READY TO WEAR ORDERS

CYGNET Ready-to-Wear is offered on an in-stock, pre-order, or made-to-order basis, depending on the piece.

In-stock items ship within 3 – 5 business days

Pre-order items ship according to the seasonal timeline stated on the product page

Made-to-order items require approximately 4 – 6 weeks from purchase, excluding shipping transit

Delivery timelines are disclosed at purchase.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via insured carriers. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.

Once an order has shipped, CYGNET is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are subject to duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Jewelry and made-to-order items are final sale.

Eligible Ready-to-Wear items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and in original condition with all packaging intact.

Exchanges are not offered.

Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

REPAIRS

Repair services are offered on a case-by-case basis and require proof of purchase.

Manufacturing defects will be assessed within a reasonable timeframe. Wear resulting from normal use, accidents, improper care, or environmental exposure is not considered a defect.

Repair availability, cost, and turnaround time vary depending on the piece and materials.
